Corey Kohnke is one of the best loan originators in the private money lending industry.
Since entering the private money lending in 2011, Corey has originated close to $1 billion of loans for his investor clients. Corey focuses on private money fix and flip, bridge, new construction, 2nd & 3rd trust deeds, along with multi-property cross-collateralized blanket loans.

Over the years, Corey has developed long-term relationships with his borrower clients who build new homes, continually find fix and flip properties, buy and hold rentals, and everything in between. Corey is also close with several of his lenders, who are a unique group of high net-worth individuals, long-time real estate investors, entrepreneurs, attorneys, and family offices.
In addition to brokering private loans, Corey himself has been the borrower and lender, completing multiple fix and flip projects in Texas and California while also lending money to his real estate investor clients.
