First Capital Trust Deeds secured a 75% LTV fix and flip financing loan for a real estate investor tasked with removing the home’s Brady Bunch decor in Los Angeles.
This house was absolutely hideous. No offense to the former owners, who were probably the original owners, but the place was ugly and in need of a serious makeover. The Brady Bunch style kitchen had been out of favor with home buyers for nearly 40 years, so it was time for a new buyer, our client using fix and flip financing, to come in and make some major renovations.
And that’s what our house flipping client came in and did. If you look closely at the before and after photos, you can see that it’s the same kitchen. You just have to look a little longer than normal.
This project took about nine months to re-sell for a big profit. But it was worth it. The real estate investor did a great job renovating the house and making it move-in ready for the new owner.
