Michael Lopez currently serves as Vice President of Loan Originations for First Capital Trust Deeds at the Bay Area office.
In 2013, Michael began his career in the mortgage industry as conventional loan officer before transitioning to private money when he joined FCTD in 2018. Day to day activities for Michael include originating, underwriting, closing, compliance, and more.
Michael focuses on short-term bridge, fix & flip, business purpose 2nd trust deeds, and multi-property cross-collateralized loans.
Michael is a licensed real estate broker in California, and holds Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) licenses in California and Idaho.
He lives in Brentwood, CA with his wife Jessica and two sons.
